New chairperson for IMA women’s wing

Sheeba T. Joseph has been elected chairperson of the Indian Medical Association women’s wing (WIMA), Kozhikode branch. Sreela P. is the new secretary. The other office-bearers are Sandya Somasundaran (vice chairperson), Aashila Pavithran (joint secretary), and Lajni A. (treasurer). They were inducted by IMA Kozhikode president Raju Balram C. at an event held on October 8, a press release said.
