Water level in the Papanasam dam stood at 91.30 feet (against the maximum capacity of 143 ft.) on Friday, with an inflow of 499.54 cusecs and a discharge of 1,650 cusecs. The water level in the Manimuthar dam was 53.80 ft. (118 ft.), with an inflow of 96 cusecs and a discharge of 15 cusecs.
